This

Hotel de la Houle
Situated on the road that runs along the coast at Saint Briac sur
Mer, the hotel has changed hands and is currently being renovated.
Whether it will retain its previous charm or evolve into something
different but equally appealing we have yet to know. We have
gleaned that apparently the hotel restaurant is to improve. We will
inform you as soon as the renovations finish! Saint Briac sur
Mer is delightful and the town is full of restaurants and shops but
still keeps its small seaside town appeal. It is full of
little lanes and granite cottages.
This
hotel has been totally refurbished to an extremely high standard.
Rooms are spectacular and many offer sea
views. Imagine lying in bed facing a seaside terrace with a
flat screen TV that descends from the ceiling overhead by remote
control! The hotel is ideally situated both close to the sea and
in easy walking distance of the St. Malo walled city being virtually at
the entrance of the walls. The Casino is close by as is the beach.
There
is a secure, underground car park for guests, a gym and in the central
courtyard you will find an outdoor jacuzzi. The lounge bar, which
has spectacular a sea view is an interior design triumph, combining

Hotel Elizabeth is a 17th century building, typical of the St. Malo

This pretty guest house is situated
between St Malo and Rennes and is easily found. In the country
side but close to civilisation it can also be the perfect stop off
point when on the way from the port to places further afield.
The owners Sally and Rex Gilman have worked hard to renovate the
property and have combined modern comfort with old style surroundings.
